We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Insight Manager .
Deliver, implement and communicate customer insight and research across the Insurance business to support evolution of the Insurance proposition.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the proposition strategy through analysis of proposition performance and assessment of the current Insurance offering, liaising as appropriate, with Global and Country Insurance, Marketing and Customer Strategy and Insights colleagues, to make recommendations.
Support the delivery of customer centric initiatives by understanding what matters most to customers.
Support Marketing to respond proactively and appropriately to the challenges set by the Insurance business, making them aware of customer needs, opportunities and constraints in the economic, regulatory and competitive environment.
Enabling business performance management through the delivery of customer insight that forms the basis for customer experience measurement and improvement.
Designing, developing and maintaining consistent processes and systems to ensure accurate and timely supply of market research to marketing and business stakeholders including accountability for reporting to senior committees and forums.
Helping to shape Marketing activity ,such as proposition development, segmentation, communications, by providing an understanding of the customer and thorough focused research and insight, in the insurance space
Identifying opportunities to drive improvements in the customer experience and hence increase customer satisfaction, engagement and retention
Supporting business performance management through the delivery of customer metrics and market or competitor benchmarking
Customer insight, analytical and statistical experience with ability to initiate and use market and customer insight strategically to drive change
Strong understanding of the insurance or wealth market with previous experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project planning and management skills
Self-motivated to cope with the demands of a multi geography environment
Good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends.
Proven ability to work on multi-function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Able to influence at an executive and senior level and lead cross functional teams to drive improvement
