We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Manager .
The role holder is expected to provide support to the ASP RBWM CAO, ASP RBWM COO, and Regional Head of ASP RBWM with dedicated, strategic and forward thinking, operational, and administrative management support.
Execute Chief of Staff activities on behalf of the Regional Head of ASP RBWM
Review business performance and implement corrective actions for improvement
Perform analysis of FTE headcounts for overall ASP RBWM and work with both Head of HR and Head of Bus Finance, Costs on FTE forecasting & management
Oversight of team boundary changes and implementation
Management of scorecards for the Heads of ASP RBWM and ASP RBWM COO
Execute, arrange events end to end and people engagement activities for ASP RBWM and COO office, including Regional conferences, offsite and townhall
Regional lead coordinating external awards on behalf of ASP RBWM
Assist on monitoring financial performance by analyzing and managing costs, overseeing orderbook spend, understanding and challenging Global Functions and HOST recharges as applicable, and initiating corrective actions to minimize impact of cost variances
University degree holder with relevant work experience
Excellent understanding of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business
Good sense of judgment along with lateral and strategic thinking capacity
Motivated, self-starter, ability to work independently and project plan
Leadership, influencing, negotiation and decision making skills
Consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong team player
Exhibit strong work ethic, set high standards of excellence and understand what it takes to deliver a best in class event
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to identify interdependencies across a wide range of initiatives
Sound relationship management skill, with the ability to gain consensus and agreement between teams, department and geographically diverse country teams
Candidate must be business fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred
Proficiency with MS Office
