We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Communications Manager, Insurance .
Plan and deliver integrated communications for Insurance in Asia, which is aligned to Group strategy, specifically, as we pivot to Asia and drive the Asia wealth agenda
Help Insurance to define, refine, and deliver their key messages and positioning as Group Insurance
Strengthen understanding and engagement among internal cross business audiences, to support growth
Help create an external profile for the business that attracts clients and talent, and promotes growth
Support the build out of a targeted, thought leading external media agenda to demonstrate the expertise and offering of the business
Support the roll out of Project Pinnacle and growth of Insurance in Asia
Deliver leadership and employee communications that build awareness and connectivity among Insurance staff globally and across global business frontline teams
Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance business and industry in Asia Pacific is preferred
Experience of building strong relationships with Insurance senior management and key internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work independently to drive results but also in collaboration with the local Communications team, Group Insurance and Global Communications teams
Expected to act with high degree of autonomy in respect of day to day work but to align activities with the global framework
Proven ability to operate within a global matrix and prioritise competing demands
Creative and entrepreneurial to find communication solutions and opportunities
Proven ability to champion global strategy while delivering locally relevant output
Strong storytelling, presentation and writing skills and ability to produce clear, engaging narrative
Strong interpersonal skills and personal presence with senior and working level stakeholders
Established media networks and experience in new formats and digital media channels preferred
Strong project and event management experience
Bilingual skills an advantage
