Primarily responsible for trade booking covering the Delta 1 trading desk, across all AEJ markets, for listed and OTC products
Secondary responsibility as trading desk support covering a range of daily tasks, including brokerage analysis, PNL flash, reconciliation, liaison with product control and middle office
Work closely with clients, trading counterparties and brokers to ensure trades are booked accurately and on time, following booking rules for our various booking entities
Act as back up for the Derivatives FO trade support staff when away
Key Experience & Skills
Basic understanding of trade booking for main delta one products: listed products, swaps, FX NDF
Ideally 2 years of experience in similar function
Accuracy, Time management, Multi-tasking, inter-personal skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines
The ability to perform effectively in a team environment
High personal and professional standards
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new situations
A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork
A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts
