Third Party COE Control & Assurance is a front-line team responsible for self-assurance activities (e.g. Quality Assurance and Monitoring) focusing on Third Party Program (TPP) requirements. EGS Risk Services supports the Front Line Risk groups through Third Party COE Control and Self-Assurance and there by building global delivery risk management capability.
About the Role
This Operational Risk Consultant position is within the Third Party COE Control & Assurance team located at the EGS Hyderabad location. The incumbent is responsible for implementing Quality Assurance across all engagements covering the following lifecycle in Third Party Program starting with Lifecycle 1 Strategic Planning and Internal Risk assessment , Lifecycle 2 -Due Diligence & Third Party Selection, Lifecycle3 Engagement Implementation, Lifecycle 4 - Monitoring and Oversight, Lifecycle 5 Disengagement for all lines of business starting with Wholesale, WIM, PVSI, EIT, and Enterprise Functions and provide constructive feedback on the findings, the reviews would have to be conducted online and the tool used would be Indigo
Responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a risk-based program to identify, assess and mitigate any operational risk that arises from inadequate or failed internal processes by performing Quality Assurance Reviews.
Engagements encompassing -Lifecycle 1 Strategic Planning and Internal Risk assessment, Lifecycle 2 -Due Diligence & Third Party Selection, Lifecycle3 Engagement Implementation, Lifecycle 4 - Monitoring and Oversight, Lifecycle 5 Disengagement.
Work closely with the Supplier Management team and provide Quality feedback for the improvement / implementation of Compliance across all Life cycle categories.
Maintain the Audit Data in the programmed and standardized manner as needed
Manage volumes assigned and make sure they are completed within the given SLA.
Be updated on all the latest updates / changes on the Third Party Program especially related to quarterly program changes.
Be upskilled on all the TRIMS functionalities.
Prompt communication to the respective LOB on the audited engagements and Feedbacks.
Market Skills and Certifications
University degree in Business or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in one or a combination of the following Quality Assurance RCSA, Audit , Compliance and Quality Control
BSC/BA degree on any stream along with a certification on Quality Assurance
Experience working with the Third Party Risk Management Program including managing third party engagements through the Third Party Risk Management lifecycle in the Third Party system of record (TRIMS).
Experience executing a self-assurance function including quality assurance and monitoring.
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) analysis in the financial services industry
Demonstrates team collaboration, Analytical ,problem solving skills, and time management skillsDemonstrated competency with accurate verbal and written communications and the ability to present risk concepts in the right voice for the intended audience
Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlines
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Self-motivated and proven ability to be adaptable to a dynamic work environment with multiple priorities and tight timelines
Archer Platform experience
Extensive knowledge and understanding of TRIMS and TPP program , assessment of Risk and skills on Quality Assurance
