About the Role
This role will report to the Data Integrity Manager supporting data profiling and control design (DPCD). The position will partner with other DPCD analysts in performing profiling of core data elements and implementing data quality detective controls on those elements. This role will also support the Data Integrity Manager and eDQM team members in data profiling and implementation of data quality detective controls.
Responsible for partnering with Data Integrity Manager in leading DPCD team on assigning and driving scope
Guide / mentor DPCD team members
May represent Data Integrity Manager in cross-functional groups
Organizes and leads broad initiatives to ensure that data quality is maintained so that data can effectively support business processes
Updates / manages the documentation of end-to-end testing packages for DQ detective control implementation
Responsible for creation of object tags for DQ detective control promotion
Consults with and provides recommendations to senior management regarding assessments of the current state of data quality within area of assigned responsibility. Identifies and recommends analysis of data quality/integrity issues and recommends remediation of process/control gaps.
Establishes recommendations for optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues
Ensures appropriate alignment of risk management processes to work executed within DQ detective implementation
Adheres to data governance standards and procedures
Supports application partners in utilization of tool sets in order to remediate data defects
Market Skills and Certifications
University degree in Business or related discipline.
4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or project management (DEFAULT)
