J.P. Morgan Asset Management is seeking a talented candidate to lead the digital and distribution solutions team for APAC. The technically and commercially strong digital leader will perform the role of Head of Digital & Distribution Solutions leading efforts to grow and strengthen the organization's digital capabilities in support of the digital distribution strategy. The role will require hands-on knowledge in building commercial partnerships, management of P&L, creating and strengthening the APAC Region's Digital Ecosystem through strategic Martech investments, digital properties and technology solutions. S/he will have proven track records of delivering a diverse range of digital distribution solutions in established financial companies with global scale, driving the strategy and implementation of global projects in the APAC region.
This role will work closely with the region and global to shape the vision of the future client, customer and CRM experience, and leverage growth opportunities.
Build strong operating B2B, B2B2C, and/or B2C models, and deliver digital capabilities to existing clients, and enable/create new client relationships and strategic partnerships
Lead efforts in emerging technology discovery for sales enablement; assess and propose options available based on requirements to facilitate informed decision making
Build robust platforms that drive traffic, client engagement and business; responsible for digital properties from curating functional capabilities, building commercial models and stewardships of design and technology choice
Transform client journeys through the use of data, insights and analytics to drive revenue growth, automation and efficiencies
Identify opportunities and develop a roadmap that digitizes processes and integrates end to end systems/platforms that drives efficiency, control and go-to-market strategies
Responsible for managing and executing Global strategies in APAC. They include but are not limited to the roll out of Salesforce, CMS, DAM, Marketing automation tools and capabilities, AI/voice, Performance analytics and programs that support our long term digital ecosystem ambitions that enhance distribution and client activation
Provide thought leadership on cutting edge digital and distribution solutions & technologies
Drive projects and perform duties as and when required
B.A. or B.S. degree or related qualifications
10-15 years of digital experience covering P&L and digital/distribution channels
Technically strong with strength in channel and opportunity creation through the use of technology & digital platforms
Demonstrable experience in building digital platforms and in delivering a diverse range of digital and sales enablement solutions for direct sales platforms for established financial organizations with global scale
Experience in leading large-scale change and transformation initiatives in complicated, multi-disciplinary, multi stakeholder and highly regulated environments
Significant experience managing a team across digital platforms, and effectively lead and/or collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and market products
Able to manage through uncertainty and flex leadership style
Results-oriented; demonstrated history of exceptional work that has a direct impact on business results
Experience with CRM at large corporations
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven track-record of successfully briefing team members at all levels of an organization
Language proficiency with the ability to develop impactful executive presentations in English and Mandarin
