The EMEA Corporate Actions department consists of 60+ staff and is responsible for the accurate and timely end to end processing of corporate action events, including announcement capture, instruction processing, reconciliations and entitlement processing. The primary responsibility of this position is to support the day to day operations and ensure all client deliverables are executed in a timely and accurate manner. The incumbent will be expected to drive up the service level provided to the client by ensuring all deliverables are met within the Service Level Agreements set and enhancing the overall client experience. They will also be key in ensuring cross function partnership with all locations and LOB's within the distributed operating model, building communication lines and ensuring all issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing / reporting of Corporate Actions events
Ensuring full adherence to internal and external SLA
Maintain effective oversight of all critical functions and activities
Executing, and where applicable, improving and enhancing operational performance
Identify, document and deliver opportunities for process reengineering
Own, maintain, develop and enhance operating procedures and workflow tool
Escalation and resolution of issues in a timely manner
Deliver exceptional client service through interactions and relationships with internal and external clients and partners
Self- starter, working in a timely manner
Experienced in transaction processing
Experienced in delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communicator both externally and to all levels of business
Dedicated with strong attention to detail
Effective in escalation and resolution of issues
Ability to contribute to business as usual and projects in a time pressured environment
Establish relationships and collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore stakeholders
