About this Role
As an expert in data and analytics, you will provide in depth expertise, analytical interpretation, key insights and action items to your multi-functional business partners across the organization. Those insights will be brought to bear to enable informed and enabled business decisions enterprise wide or help to solve the increasingly complex business problems they face.

As a Senior Business Insights Analyst, you will:
Apply understanding of respective business strategies to produce relevant and substantial data analysis to support business goals and objectives
Develop analysis to illustrate business trends and identify areas of business opportunities
Produce insights and recommend business actions to align with strategy and/or solve business problems
Provide seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or mentorship to various business and working partners
Execute on data requests accurately and within a timely manner
Represent functional area as an analytics & insights professional and key resource; build positive and productive working partnerships
Act as a bridge to translate business requirements to analytics and reporting needs for a given domain
Provides day-to-day support and delivery of analytics
Work independently as the senior analyst/subject matter expert and may coach and educate others
Considered an authority within a given area
Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing measurable experiments to assess the impact of personalized website experience and deliver measurement and insights. Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights supports the central marketing function within TD Bank Group with high quality, innovative, and insightful information to help build value for our customers and shareholders. Digital Marketing Analytics & Insights is a located in Toronto. It supports most consumer facing TD Bank Group lines of business.
Your goal as a part of the Digital Analytics team is to use testing methodologies to understand and learn the client experience and suggest improvements and changes to better personalize the consumer experience and return greater shareholder value. You will be a key player in the TD's personalization journey and will collaborate with different groups within and outside of marketing to drive change.
1. Translating key business objectives into insight rich experiments that drive a better experience and a higher marketing ROI 2. Testing different segment/audiences and thier impact on marketing ROI 3. Understand the business objective, translate those into a test and use the results to make informed decisions 4. Work in a consultative role to provide "value-added" insights in the form of analysis, interpretation and advice of website personalization

Responsibilities: o Design/execute/measure website experience through testing methodologies o Continuously improve campaign design and delivery by leveraging any and all analytical tools/techniques at your disposal o Manage your project pipeline to ensure agreed upon timelines can be met o Proactively provide analytical guidance to key stakeholders, based on deep understanding of the businesses, to understand and enhance the personalization experience o Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes and sound infrastructure
Skill Sets: o Familiarity with website personaization through testing methodologies (Predictive Models, Experiment Design, A/B testing, Sample Size calculations, Net Performance Measurements, etc.) o Technical and detail oriented o Knowledge of leveraging customer data from internal data warehouses through the use of SAS, Hadoop systems, Omniture, SQL Servers, DOMO, Big Query and Google Marketing Cloud o A project management mindset to help deliver on time to specifications o Team player while able to work independently o Pragmatic decision maker blending a mix of intellect, experience and street smarts o A customer driven mindset
