Lead the content strategy to achieve consideration, preference and acquisition targets for Citi branded Cards and Loans
Coordinate the content strategy across the bsuiness to drive SEO and user experience benefits for all businesses
Augment content and sponsorship's activities through content development and amplification
Work with Corporate Affairs to initiate and manage sustainable link building activities
Drive usage of the Citibank Dining Program within existing customer base, and leverage the Program for Credit Cards and Loans acquisition
Manage the SEO road map and work with Tech, Regional and Local Digital Banking, stakeholders across the Marketing Community and agencies (as required) to execute it, including predicting and measuring the impact
Continuous analyses and improvement of on page content for target pages, working with the SEM team to identify top performing ad creative for meta descriptions, identifying mark-up opportunities and working with the CRO team on SEO friendly UX updates
Manage and execute monthly link building initiatives including blogger outreach through own efforts as well as agency support
Keep up to date and circulate the latest SEO industry updates and any new opportunities
Manage the end to end content approval process, managing changes with our agencies as well as taking screen recordings of digital assets across website and landing pages to push through approval queues with stakeholders
Responsible for end to end UAT and Production testing of content updates across website and landing pages
Data Entry and Report Building
Entering data into reporting templates and providing analysis and insights into results on a monthly basis
Timely updates on project progress
Input into process improvements
Provides input to decisions regarding vendor/agency selection, development of creative assets, channel testing strategy and advise the business on which products should be marketed / tested and test design.
Manages marketing budget, agency and Vendor relationships.
project Manages on assigned campaigns and tracks data to assist in acquisition forecasting and Performance reporting for campaigns
Works collaboratively with team to achieve campaign and business goals
Executes campaign Management across existing programs, as assigned by Manager
Optimizes creative, messaging and acquisition landing pages to generate business results tied to key performance indicators.
Oversees Quality Assurance ( QA) in ad copies, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post launch
provides data to ensure QA record retention as per the process manual as required for business audit on a quarterly basis
Utilizes reporting to ensure key Performance indicators are Efficiently met month over month
Stays abreast of industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media and marketing space.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
You have a solid understanding and experience in managing agency deliverables, preferably in web content.
You're a brilliant project manager with a passion for achieving success on the web
You're familiar with Analytics and SEO reporting tools and the importance of measuring the effectiveness of SEO and content activities.
You understand the basics of sustainable link building strategies and are comfortable reaching out to websites negotiating link placements.
You have a high attention to detail and never start work without a solid plan
Passionate about SEO and content best practice for web and emerging trends.
Passion for timely delivery and strategy execution.
Capable of managing your own time and workload
Skills: (technical skills)
You understand basic web development including HTML
Working knowledge of Search (SEM/SEO), UX, website design and customer experience metrics
Understanding of Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools/software
Experience working with designers, developers and technical teams (onsite and offsite)
Excellent project management skills and able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Experience with using content management systems
At least two years' experience in similar role
SEO and Content Marketing fundamentals
Listens to others
A constant learner and can up-skill quickly
Loves talking about all things digital and comfortable educating others
You're super organised and prioritising tasks is second nature
