Assist in developing customer database and marketing campaigns to help achieve customer value growth
Conduct customer analysis to identify campaign opportunities, execute lead generation campaigns and support campaign fulfillment
Participate in the implementation of customer segmentation and the deployment of product propensity models to optimize marketing efforts
Work with Distribution Channels on campaign execution to ensure the leads quality
Work with IT to prepare UR and perform UAT for data analytic infrastructure projects
Conduct post campaign analysis and ensure campaign measurability with test & control set up
Support MI and regular reporting for customer and campaign KPI monitoring.
Degree holder in Mathematics, Econometrics, Actuarial Science, Marketing Analytics or Statistics
Minimum 3 years of working experience in data analytics
Extensive understanding about insurance industry and Distribution Channel
Good communication skill with all levels (from management level to sales agents)
Good presentation skill
Strong strategic thinking, broad knowledge and perspective, can anticipate future consequences and trends accuratelyProject management skill
