Bank of Singapore is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive its digital marketing strategy and support its rapid business growth in Singapore and across the globe. The role holder will be based in Singapore and will lead the conceptualisation, creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the OCBC Group Brand & Communications team.
With a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, you will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
Develop and manage a digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM of the corporate website, social media presence and online advertising campaigns
Develop content (videos, articles, posts) for the bank's website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook) in collaboration with the OCBC Group Brand and Communications team
Manage the bank's website
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Manage the bank's digital marketing budget to optimise spend and performance based on insights and data
Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
Keep abreast of new tools, technologies, and digital marketing trends. Provide perspective for adoption where appropriate
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and other vendor partners in the execution of campaigns
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position
Solid understanding of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented, has strong attention to detail
Knowledge of content management systems a plus
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
