The Location: NYC
Review and analyze complex business data and information
Solve a range of routine to complex problems and determine possible solutions, weighing costs and benefits.
Support the successful delivery of large impact and highly cross-functional product initiatives while simultaneously supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Support Product Manager and Product Owner(s) to align business strategy, technology and execution.
Support Scrum Masters in resolving system-wide impediments and problems
Drive strategic cross-functional planning, including dependency identifications and resourcing plan, by partnering closely with the program
Applies systems thinking
Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
Supports the commitments made by the teams
What we're looking for:
5+ years of tech lead/Sr Programmer Analyst experience.
Strong ability to communicate the value of iterative development
Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum theory, practices, and rules, with the attitude of a student
The ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and efficiently is necessary.
Works independently with little to no supervision
Working knowledge of the following tools and techniques:
Familiarity with data modeling;
data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowereBI;
Visio or other graphing package for flow charts and diagrams;
Strong problem-solving capacity
Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures in an agile development environment
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field;
A passion for quality
Community involvement in Agile, public speaking or blogging for example
