Our Client is seeking to hire a Manager within the Mortgage Origination Team for their offices in Kildare. They are a leading Asset Servicing firm with offices across Ireland. These roles will work directly with a couple of their lending clients.
Ability to effectively lead and develop a team of lending professionals promoting collaborative teamwork, acting as a role model and leading by example to ensure objectives are achieved.
Ability to drive meaningful 1:1 conversations, facilitate open and engaging team meetings and drive high performance in others.
Where required and working within the clients Credit policy, review new lending / credit applications as prepared by team members, for final approval by client credit teams.
Manage the timely preparation of all management information requirements, including SLA's reporting, ad hoc report requests, ensuring the highest standards are achieved.
QFA / APA required.
Min 3 years' experience of lending and / or loan administration in a residential or commercial client facing role working to tight business critical deadlines is essential.
Knowledge of Retail Mortgage application/assessment/completion process.
Strong financial analysis skills are vital.
Experience of and ability to review loan and security documentation ensuring that legal advice is taken when required.
Prior team management experience.
