This ambitious and rapidly expanding firm is in need of a real player/manager - someone who can lead by example and delivering personal sales targets, the successful candidate will also be responsible for motivating a team of BDM's to deliver and improve individual and team targets. A strategic thinker with excellent planning and analytical skills and ability to recruit, manage and inspire a sales team is essential.
Managing a regional sales team in order to maximise sales revenue and exceed corporate goals
Deliver against own target
Effective on-boarding of new clients
Grow and develop existing clients
Forecasting monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts
Coaching, training and demonstrating sales techniques to improve individual and team performance
This role requires a driven and experienced sales professional, ideally with an intermediary/IFA sales background within Investment Management and a desire to be a part of an exciting, ambitious global firm looking to really make a big impact in this space.
