The mandate of the Enterprise Project Delivery Excellence (EPDE) is to make project management a core competency at TD, reduce execution risk and improve efficiency and effectiveness of delivery by ensuring that core practices, capabilities and centres of excellence are in place across the Bank. To effectively execute against the mandate, the EPDE has been functionally aligned into 6 strategic pillars:

Accountabilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
Ensure program/project info is assessed and leadership has a full understanding of the implications & impacts.
Ensure the Governance Committees' decision making is efficient, documented and connected.
Lead the program and project level control processes (eg, RAID, PCR's, integrated plan, artifact mgmt)
Be the champion for EPDE and project best practices
Educate the teams on operating "safely" by way of adhering to EPDE best practices and ensuring control processes are effectively informing the program decision making
Ensure G&C consistency across the business and technology
Responsible/POC with SSG to coordinate vendor agreements
Ensure reporting standards are met for the EPDE and various TDGs/PDGs
Responsible for resource management; work with the PMs, functional leads to identify resource gaps and work with resource management to recruit/onboard
Responsible for maintaining and improving the control tools responsible for maintaining and improving the control tools
Manage the Audit response
Ensure that business and financial analyses are performed to support the decision-making and requirements
Lead the business casing exercises and SCOPE processes
Deep knowledge of all aspects of the TD Project Delivery Framework
Hands-on experiencing delivering large, complex programs at TD
Business degree, PMP and Agile training
Comfortable leading large project teams consisting of business and technology skill sets
Experience with vendor sourcing and management
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience championing the TD Project Delivery Framework, including mentoring other team members and influencing decisions for in-flight projects
