You will assist with transaction execution and provide research and analytical support in accordance with the demands of various client engagements. You will develop and refine your skills in providing advice to a vast portfolio of clients - from private, national and international corporations across a range of industry sectors.
You can also expect to:
Work with M&A specialists to originate and execute transactions including divestments, acquisitions, debt financings and capital raising transactions
Build financial models to support transactions
Deliver deal documentation, such as information memorandums and management presentations;
Manage end-to-end transactions by collaborating with your team and liaising directly with key stakeholders / vendors / bidders; and
Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, indicative valuation papers and financial models to provide transaction-focused advice that directs clients' strategic direction
Enough about us, let's talk about you.
You will ideally be able to demonstrate :
3-6 years' experience in Corporate Finance / M&A or a related field
A genuine interest in Corporate Finance / M&A
Good writing and financial modelling skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
A strong drive for self-learning and personal development
Completed (or currently completing) a relevant post-graduate qualification, e.g. CA, CFA, or Masters of Applied Finance, etc.
