Corporate and Firm-wide Employee Communications is an integral function within JPMorgan Chase, focused on reinforcing our culture and keeping employees informed and engaged with the firm's priorities and diverse businesses. Team members are trusted advisors to senior leaders, key stakeholders and other communications managers across the company and utilize a variety of engagement channels and tools. Among these are Company Home and Hub Communications intranet sites, the employee newspaper Ink and the Ink app, digital signage, email messages, internal exhibits, learning sessions and large and small employee meetings.
We are looking for a dynamic communications professional ready to take on the challenge of supporting corporate communications for the Hong Kong and Singapore strategic hubs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a robust communications and engagement plan to drive employee engagement and awareness of corporate and location-specific initiatives.
Reporting to the Singapore and Hong Kong Hub Communications Lead, the Hub Communications Associate will draft and publish communications in partnership with multiple internal partners supporting campus and community initiatives and events.
Content Development - Write a variety of communications, including hub-specific event and recognition communications, location reference/marketing materials, building/facility announcements, Global Technology communications and more.
Channel Management - Publish content to location-specific communication channels, including intranet pages/sites, targeted email, My Messages, digital signage and internal email newsletters, and contribute content to other firmwide channels including Company Home and Global Technology sites.
Relationship Management - Under direction of the Hub Communications Lead, work closely with:
Location Leaders, Site Managers and Location Leadership Teams
Global Real Estate and Global Amenities Services
Internal work streams, business resource groups and other key location stakeholders
Skills and Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in internal corporate communications
Self-starter who can manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines while delivering high quality product
Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills, including partnering effectively with all levels of employees across the company
Ability to manage and influence without direct authority; navigates well
Superb writing, editing, execution and organizational skills
Proficiency with targeted email, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Adobe and similar applications
Experience with intranet design, content development and collaboration tools
Familiarity with the basics of video production - shooting, editing, etc. - is a plus
Occasional travel to locations covered is a requirement of this role
