Supports Relationship Managers and responsible for managing day-to-day business transactions with large local corporate and multinational companies including booking of short term loans, deposits, remittances and foreign exchange transactions.
Responsible for client onboarding services in account opening, credit and market products registration.
Other duties include liaison with internal departments on transaction workflow, transaction monitoring, handling of customers' inquiries and customer service and support.
Degree with 1-5 years relevant experience
Knowledge in banking products
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Other qualities sought include problem solving, interpersonal skills, teamwork and the ability to work independently under time pressure
Experience in servicing corporate banking customers is an added advantage
