The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
Be fully aware of the Group's latest business strategy comply with Group Standard Compliance Performance Objective
Drive business initiatives with the aim to deliver agreed business goals for FX, and collaborate with team members and stakeholders to increase FX product penetrations
Participate in projects to build new product capabilities for FX to suit and address client needs and develop engagement strategies for growing these transactional business, in particular digital usage and penetration
Monitor the business performance against goals based on various Key Performance Metrics
Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize product delivery efficiency and profitability and ensure service standards are upheld
Monitor and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction in collaboration with Distribution Network, Treasury Services Centre, Voice & Virtual Contact Centres, WMPS, Client Experience, Operations and Technology
Monitor competitors' strategies, conduct periodic assessment on market competitors and provide ideas on marketing campaigns to deliver agreed business aims.
Serve as the 1 st line of the relevant Processes as defined under the WM Process Universe with reference to Enterprise Risk Management Framework, responsible for executing and supervising the relevant processes
Continuously review and improve processes in delivering FX services to better client experience
People and Talent
Comply and fulfil all mandatory e-learning and self-attestation requirement
Grasp on-the-job training and learning opportunities to develop skills that are required to perform the role
Monitor portfolio metrices to help identify key issues based on these indicators and alert and collaborate with stakeholders put in place required controls and mitigation measures to protect the Bank and its franchise
Adhere to all applicable governance framework including but not limited to Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Project Governance Framework
