Roles & Responsibilities
Support various Private Banking booking centres in Funds, Bonds and Equities execution and settlements.
Ensure accurate and timely processing in various markets
Ensure follow up on all pending correspondences and transactions
Ensure that transactions are done in and in accordance with Bank's operational menu, desk instructions, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Ensure accurate update of client's securities holdings in the Bank system and correct reflection of holdings in clients' consolidated statements.
Liaise with Stakeholders to define operational process between operations, Custodians and counterparties.
Responsible for ensuring high quality of service and support to be provided to Private Banking clients,
Provide other administrative support for the department.
Handle ad hoc assignment as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate
Key skills, experience and qualifications
Good product & banking knowledge
Knowledge of securities products (Equities, Bonds, Funds etc.)
2-3 years relevant working experience
Adherence to regulations/requirements/procedures
Understand international market practice in Securities Business.
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Working understanding of Operational Risks, Client Service and Private Banking Client segment
Self-motivated individual who is an experienced problem solver
Team player and able to work under tight deadlines
Flexible to work during MY public holidays and outside normal working hours
