#CLOSER #BRAVER #FASTER The Role This role ensures that there is adequate and capable compliance resources to deliver compliance risk stream elements of the rQ risk transformation project, providing compliance input and insight to all other project streams enabling leading compliance risk management.
Support the compliance stream lead with stream deliverables and technical compliance input to other streams;
The primary focus of this role as part of the compliance stream will be assisting in the identification, design and implementation of leading compliance risk management and methodologies. This will include supporting the stream lead in design, and implementation of compliance governance, policies and procedures, risk and control assessment, monitoring and oversight, reporting and training as required;
Provide compliance input into Group Risk technology solutions;
Engage as appropriate with the Group Compliance teams to ensure alignment between project and BAU activities;
Engage as appropriate with teams across all project rQ streams ensuring a holistic approach to risk and that the requirements of compliance risk are considered and incorporated into all relevant rQ project stream deliverables;
Production and maintenance of rQ project artefacts;
Create a strong and supportive team environment
Skills & Experience
Experience (3-5 years+) in a Risk and / or compliance function within financial services;
Excellent understanding of financial service compliance methodologies, frameworks and reporting;
Experience in working as part of a significant transformation project;
Highly organised, with high attention to detail and forward planning;
Developed communication and influencing attributes / skills
Demonstrated experience in manageing stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated experience to operationalisea future state strategy
