Drive an ongoing dialogue with our client facing units (PMs, Sales, Client Service, Marketing, RfP) to improve the fit to client requirements. You serve as a consultant to internal and external client queries and negotiate changes to existing reporting standards. You demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client and business unit needs by developing functional and technical requirements as appropriate.
Improvement and oversight of day-to-day operations and processes:
You proactively develop, implement, and maintain optimal reporting production. You proactively influence the data supply chain to increase value to existing reports. You establish and perform quality review processes to ensure adherence to internal and external KPIs. When issues arise, you investigate, assess the impact, determine the appropriate resolution, and promptly communicate the resolution with all affected parties.
You independently review processes and work to close existing gaps within the current processes to improve accuracy, relevancy, and efficiency of the client reporting, service processes, and performance measurement and attribution analysis output. You analyze requests to determine the business and technology impacts.
You independently provide direction and leadership on the day-to-day work of the teams, which includes training and coaching, managing workload, setting priorities as business unit needs and data availability shifts. You monitor roles and project assignments within reporting & performance group. You are responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talents while building team with focus on timely and accurate output.
You regularly lead strategic cross-functional projects by defining objectives, aligning resources, and developing communication plans to senior management; the projects often involve multiple departments globally and directly correlate to increased client satisfaction through faster time to market or reduced costs through process improvement.
Additionally, you routinely participate as a subject matter expert in taskforces and cross-functional projects. You propose and implement practical and efficient solutions, manage the expectations of key stakeholders involved through effective communications, implement solutions, and monitor for success.

MSc in Finance from a top University or Business School
Profound experience and knowledge of all aspects of performance measurement and attribution analysis
Profound understanding of reporting requirements for wholesale and institutional funds, Third Party Administration / KVG business, regulatory compliance of clients (mainly insurances and financial institutions) and OBAM legal entities as well as management information
Demonstrated leadership and development ability through previous supervisory experience or project management
Demonstrated project management skills, including managing cross-functional and/or cross-departmental projects, activities and stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements
Results-oriented, able to lead departmental initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions within tight timeframes
