ABOUT THE PROJECT
The commodity activity currently concerns listed and OTC activities (derivatives), on different underlying (natural gas, oil, precious metals, base metals, structured, CO2).
The BA team work on different projects around Sophis technology in version 7.2 which is the core position keeping system for the group. Projects will concern FO, Risk, products control, middle and back office.
The role will require management of different projects and business analysis linked to the commodity group:
New products implementation within ETRM, with a focus on Natural Gas (EU and US)
Specification and testing of new bookings and pricing
Interaction with Quants and development teams
Analysis, specification and validation of new stress tests scenarios
Implementation and maintenance of regulatory reporting (DF, Emir, GTR, RTS, MiFID, FRTB, RIM3+1, SFTR etc...)
Reporting for projects to sponsors
Strong experience of Commodities, especially Natural Gas
Strong Derivatives products experience
Experience of Business Analyst within a FO environment
Understanding of FO to BO process
Capacity to manage projects and to deal with different teams on different locations
Ability to communicate with stakeholders (traders, quants, developers and sponsors)
Sophis experience (P&L, Greeks, booking...) would be a plus
There may be occasional business trips to Paris and Porto.
