Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. University graduate in Business Administration, Banking or other related disciplines
At least 10 years' experience in credit administration, credit management and/or other relevant commercial banking segment.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Digital mindset and Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Knowledge of Title and Mortgage Loan Documents.
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
Ability to develop and manage business relationships
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
