We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Asia Pacific B2B Marketing team as Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications.
Owning, planning and executing end to end B2B marketing campaigns and activities within a selection of Network Market, typically 5 or 6 countries. This is from the Marketing Brief to Solutions and then to the Results stage.
Owning digital strategy and execution across all markets, with a deep understanding of paid and owned digital channel management
Support key Global and Regional marketing initiatives and implement within Network Markets.
Closely working and joint planning with the Regional and Local Business teams and Marketing Strategy, Planning and Effectiveness and Customer Strategy and Insight teams in the region and globally across Commercial Banking and Global Markets.
Close working and joint planning with other internal functions including Communications and Group Public Affairs in the region and in countries.
Managing relationships and the optimisation of creative and media agencies
Measuring campaign outcomes and driving an effectiveness culture
Degree level qualification in marketing and or business studies preferred.
Solid business and marketing experience, ideally with some external to HSBC within a Financial Service based institution.
An advantage to have worked within B2B Marketing and specifically within Commercial Banking and or Global Banking and Markets customer groups, with an understanding of global business trends such as the Belt and Road Initiative.
Range of marketing planning and operational experience, with demonstrable success in developing and executing marketing plans and high profile integrated campaigns.
Strong experience in digital marketing across owned and paid channels, with a proven ability to manage public website content and social media channels, using data and analytics to improve performance.
Experience and evidence of working within teams over multiple sites, ideally within a range of Asia Pacific countries.
Commitment to putting the customer at the heart of all development activities, with a proven understanding of customer insights and their role in ideas and campaign development
Proven track record in operating with and influencing leadership teams.
Proven track record in self motivation, drive and delivering success.
Strong understanding of communication developments and emerging consumer, business decision maker and industry trends.
Proven ability to work on multi function projects demonstrating excellent relationship building skills.
Proven ability to be a self starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
