Manage end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple Digital platforms to achieve business KPIs
Review and improve existing processes and policies with Credit Ops, Tech, Credit Policy and other Risk Management teams to improve customer journey, increase STP rates and reduce reject rates.
Measure campaign effectiveness with a detailed analysis on funnel performance, from source of leads, ease of application to approval rates.
Adopt an innovative approach in testing new ideas and methodologies to improve campaign performance.
Work closely with all Stakeholders to develop comprehensive and clear business requirements and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and enhancements.
Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 4 years of working in the credit / debit cards space
Experience in running end-to-end marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of digital platforms and web analytics
Meticulous, independent, target-oriented and self-motivated
Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to manage stakeholders and partnerships
