About the Role Customer Data Management process facilitates secondary review process, through which business operations group within Wells Fargo performs Customer Identity Management activities for new customers, existing customers opening new accounts, as well as existing customer maintenance
Working with other technology teams across the enterprise to ensure common direction and compliance
Research and provide guidance on new and emerging technologies and architectural standards
Supports all aspects of application design, development, implementation and maintenance
Participates in creating project, application and support documentation
Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives.
Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs
Participate in estimation of development tasks, sprint planning, and estimation.
Participate & actively contribute towards requirements analysis and design, impact analysis, proof of concepts and value creation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features Experience of source control systems.
Project updates and progress tracking using JIRA
Perform Unit testing.
Generate code coverage metrics using Jacoco.
Perform code quality checks using SonarQube.
Configuration Management using GitHub.
Continuous Integration using Jenkins.
Perform peer code reviews and code quality checks.
Support performance testing and security code reviews.
Performs overall delivery oversight.
Identifying the key challenges, gaps, constraints, and opportunities for improvements with the current state along with future state solution options that can be considered to mitigate or eliminate them.
Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices such as Waterfall, and Agile - Hybrid Agile
