Support the fee calculation processes and implementation of fee schedule changes in the calculation engines for North America Exchanges Gain a strong understanding of specific markets and processes to advise on financial impact of pricing changes and business decisions to Business Units and support financial controllers in interpretation Maintain a strong control environment to ensure timely and accurate data is available for the month-end GL entries and management reporting processes Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests to Business Units to support decision making and advise on client requests Play a key role in a range of projects involving financial controllers, IT teams, project managers and trading desk representatives
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields At least 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting Interest in banking and financial markets Understanding of financial products and accounting principles Strong knowledge and understanding of financial concepts Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication skills - written and oral, ability to communicate effectively across all levels Strong analytical and technical skills, proficient use of MS Office especially Excel Analytical mindset, pro-active attitude Self-confident, a person who takes initiatives, persuasive to gather information Experience in reporting from SAP Business Objects or SAP Crystal Reports is an advantage Database experience (Sybase, SQL, VBA) is an advantage
Team Profile: The Budapest Trading Fees Controlling team, within the Finance department, is responsible for expense management and control for trading related fees, communication with exchange and clearing houses and Morgan Stanley Finance Controller groups; month end close tasks, variance and trend analysis, GL account reconciliation, invoice reconciliation and payment, and delivering on ad hoc requests from Finance management and Business Units.
