Support the delivery of Project Fee Remediation streams of work

About The Role Role Location: 55 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 or 242 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 Role Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, Fulltime
As a Case Manager, you will manage financial services related cases in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The cases themselves will require analysis of a number of data points to determine the appropriate outcome is reached. As well as case management, you will have exposure to fielding questions from internal stakeholders and clients.
About You To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Background in financial planning related field (key requirement) and holder of the Diploma of Financial Planning or Advance Diploma of Financial Planning
Good understanding of advice process, fee for service propositions, financial planning products, fee structures and commission arrangements
High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy is a must as is ability to multitask
Be curious and always apply customer centric approach
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with stakeholders
Highly motivated; a quick learner; is able to write well; driven and keen to learn new skills in financial services communications and stakeholder management
