We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager General Insurance Operations .
Management of the relationship with EDA partners.
Ensuring EDA partners meet their commitments under contracted SLA's.
Ensuring requirements of the Insurance Partnerships TOM are met.
Designing and implementing robust processes for monitoring operational performance.
Identifying opportunities for service improvements.
Maintaining robust production defect and operational issue management and loss reporting processes.
Ensuring complaint management processes are operating effectively.
Working closely with other HSBC departments to provide effective support to EDA operations.
Coordination of IT development efforts to support business initiatives and projects, including product launch
Educated to degree level in Business Administration, Operations, Information Technology or a related field.
Experience of Operations or IT management.
Experience of managing Service Quality, Business Control and Continuous Improvement activities.
Ability to form effective working relationships and influence at a senior management level in HSBC and third party organizations.
Communication and interpersonal skills, including the capacity to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong financial and analytical skills to understand and use metrics to draw conclusions and drive management action.
Capability to understand and interpret complex business requirements.
Ability to budget, track and control project activity.
Knowledge of the insurance business and regulatory environment.
