We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Business Architect.
Design and delivery of the best-in-class insurance customer services leveraging modern technology available and continuous analysis on voice of customer for improvement
Design and implement end-to-end insurance customer journey supporting by target operating models
Driving best practice, operational capability and operational efficiency to agreed targets
Plan and manage implementation to ensure business benefits are realised and that the transition from current state to target state is smooth, and formally embedded into BAU
Influences and collaborates with key stakeholders and delivery partners to drive the right project outcomes
Ability to define and maximize MVP delivery meeting customer needs from the customer journey
Manage the interaction and communications. Ability to appropriately communicate across all verticals of organization and program stakeholders
Influences and collaborates with key stakeholders and delivery partners to resolve conflict, strike the balance and drive the right business outcomes.
Ensure the technology platform to support the new target operating model in driving customer-led growth with better customer experience.
Liaise and manage vendors and third party service providers involved in the programme
Degree holder with extensive experience in the range of Insurance product development and deployment activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product or service requirements, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree agile deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management
Customer focused, results based approach, able to deliver to deadlines. Design experience to map customer processes an advantage
Track record of leading process re-engineering and change management, with the ability to seek out improvements to existing processes, consistent with industry best practice
Comfort with technology including ability to translate business and customer need to product requirements, customer journey mapping, technical assessments, organisational buy-in, launch, and ongoing management.
High level of creativity and lateral thinking to address complex problems
Strong managerial, interpersonal and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage third party partners both in partnership development when required, and ongoing partner management.
Well developed strategic, business and decision making skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple, internal and external, stakeholders
Track record of working in a matrix organisation, similar to that in HSBC
