The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. Wells Fargo Commercial Distribution Finance provides inventory financing solutions, service and intelligence through in-depth industry expertise and a commitment to customers. As a leading provider in specialized financing and servicing solutions, CDF delivers when it comes to helping facilitate the manufacturing, distribution and sale of products across a variety of industries from Powersports, Marine and Recreational Vehicles, to Outdoor Lawn & Garden, Agriculture, Technology, and Electronics & Appliances. The CDF Loan Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the lending activities for Commercial Distribution Finance's North American platform. The primary responsibility for this role will be to decision credit requests on new and existing clients while partnering with LOB Leadership. This individual must exhibit strong leadership qualities and adherence to Wells Fargo's vision and values.

Analyzing new business prospects
12+ years of commercial lending experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid problem solving and decision making skills
A BS/BA degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
Leadership skills including; coaching, training, and mentoring
Other Desired Qualifications
Asset based lending or floorplan combined with cash flow lending experience
Experience underwriting middle market and large corporate companies
Strong negotiation and influence skills
Experience in cash flow analysis, collateral analysis, and financial analysis
