Integrated Data Services Lead The position is for a senior lead VP with Enterprise Data Technology to support the Integrated Data Services (IDS) teams, who has in-depth experience developing and implementing large scale data programs for several years. The candidate will lead a team of managers, senior developers, database analysts and architects in the IDS group. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and experience in building and functioning of enterprise Data Lake, data platforms, data acquisition and transformation, metadata management, data protection and controls as well as business intelligence tools. In addition, the candidate should have experience managing the technology operating model of these platforms following the Enterprise policies and procedures. Experience in moving such large scale Data Lakes and Warehouse systems to the Cloud Platform and working through architecture, regulatory, security, and data privacy challenges will be a big plus. This candidate will be a technology manager for this group and be the single point of contact (SPOC) for all peer groups within and outside for all the requirements, the candidate will participate on wider data strategy for this group and lead the various data programs. He/she will hire a team of developers from scratch in certain groups where there is a need. The candidate should be ready to travel to US for a couple of weeks in a year.

The incumbent will manage and provide strategic direction to the Compliance and Operational Risk data technology team at Enterprise Risk and Finance Technology team in India and focus on engineering & domain resulting in increased ownership/ accountability.
Lead the platform design and build activities, responsible for developing data services solutions using big-data, cloud and container based architecture solutions for the Compliance & Operational Risk infrastructure. Requires to implement leading tools and principles in data warehousing to deliver an effective and efficient solution that simplifies the data environment.
