An offer entitled Tax Manager for NH Industries (m/f) has just been opened within Airbus Helicopters at its NH Industries site in Aix-en-Provence.
You will join the team in charge of NH Industries finance. This position requires a security clearance or must be eligible for a clearance by recognized authorities.
Tasks & accountabilities: NHI is positioned in the middle of a complex international framework with its Customers and Partner Companies/shareholders. NHI manages the NH90 Programme for its shareholders. The tax manager is part of this team. Directly reporting to NHI's Head of Finance, the Tax manager ensures Tax compliance, advise on tax set-up, represents the company's tax position during Tax audits and keeps oversight of the international tax structure.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Contract Tax support
Perform coordination within Finance department and with other departments (Business, Product support) to ensure the tax compliance and secure NHI's tax position.
Organize and execute the tax compliance processes during all the phases of contract preparation, contract negotiation, implementation and contract execution.
Set up the VAT rules with regard to invoicing for future and ongoing contracts
Inform, discuss and negotiate with customers to correctly organize the tax compliance processes.
2- Processes and compliance
Manage and mitigate existing tax risks, preventing new tax risks by taking the proper actions, control follow-up and report to the CFO level (NHI and Partner Companies)
Ensure proper management of international tax structure (withholding tax, permanent establishment, transfer pricing ...)
Manage tax audits by organizing the flow of information, communication and negotiation with the Tax authorities of different countries.
Perform dedicated analysis, organize decision process, and permanent fiscal follow-up (legislation, case law).
Build and maintain internal Tax framework with Partner Companies by communication, training, and controls.
3- Tax filing
Manage French and E.U national taxes: VAT, C3S, CVAE and Corporate income tax, etc
Lead the Tax set-up, implementation and development of VAT/tax in SAP (Key-User Tax)
Perform monthly Tax filing: VAT and Intrastat.
The candidate will need to demonstrate good negotiation and communication skills:
Quality mindset both in details and in management overview
Pro-active and rigorous
Technical : Strong knowledge of VAT and French/International tax legislation
Processes & Tools: Management of Tax audits, SAP system
English as working language
Fluency in French for a comprehension of local tax legislation.
