Market & Reference Data Management Advisor, Hamburg / London
Advising and supporting the Transaction Services business in all areas regarding market and reference data
Purchasing of market data and ensuring the technical connection, including providing technical specifications and implementation whilst complying to the architectural standards
Strategic vendors, market data; contract and license management
Administration of market and master data contracts, invoice processing and license coordination
Invoice controlling, creation of reports and statistics
Optimization of market & reference data usage
High focus on cost optimisation and process improvement
Coordinating and performing market data audits
Preparation of budget planning and forecasts
Project management (e.g. regulatory)
Successfully completed bank-related training or business studies
Strong interest in securities transactions and capital markets
Relevant experience in the market & reference data environment, good vendor network
Experience in procurement and cost controlling
Technical affinity; experience with process automation
Excellent project management skills
Very good PC user knowledge, in particular routine handling of MS Office
Strong communication skills, service-oriented, flexibility and reliability
High level of initiative, commitment and assertiveness
