This is a unique 24-month experience, where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills.
Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programme includes on- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork but also exploring your skill sets, furthering your development and setting specific objectives.
During the programme you will work in the Group Risk team. A series of rotations is also planned in the risk management teams of other business lines to enable you to acquire complementary skills, develop first-hand knowledge and familiarise yourself with our different businesses.
As a Graduate – Risk Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop solid risk management skills from operational to business risks as well as project-management skills. You will assist the team in identifying and managing risk, from operational to business risks. During this period you will also work on different projects, processes and new products and services.
In addition, our programme will enable you to develop the interpersonal and self-leadership skills you will require in your future career. The programme will provide an opportunity as well for you to establish an extensive network of peers and experts within Pictet and to meet members of the management.
Recent graduate with a Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration from a top university.
Between six months' and two years' experience after graduation, working for a financial company, bank or asset manager.
An eye for detail and good organisational skills.
Exposure to an international environment, either in a work-related, academic or personal context.
An enquiring mind with the ability to innovate, as well as a strong team player.
Fluent or native speaker of English and French; a reasonable command of another language would be a plus.
