Firm-wide GlobalSupplier Oversight Services (SOS) is a centralized group that manages the ThirdParty Oversight & Governance function across JPMC. This group providesconsistent monitoring of all Third Party activity in order to ensure complianceto the Third Party Oversight (TPO) standard. Within Firm-wide SOS the OversightOperations team is charged with onboarding supplier engagements across all LOBsunder one global lead with standard operating procedures and performancemetrics. We are seeking a resource to augment the team to manage a portfolio ofThird Party engagements within the JPMC TPO Policy framework.
Principle Duties andResponsibilities:
End to End third party engagement workflow management and oversight
Operations engine for SOS onboarding, covering all LOB's
SME with GSS tools (Ariba, Compass, 4Site) to manage engagements and perform activities on behalf of our business partners
Provide transparency at engagement level including production meetings and MIS
Assist in completing Contract Extensions
Face to Delivery Managers, Executive Sponsors and Portfolio Managers performing activities on their behalf in the TPO process
Ensure SOS duties are delivered in an efficient, effective and sustainable way in line with KPIs/KRIs
Ensure all TPO activities within the portfolio are delivered in a manner consistent with business objectives, TPO policy and regulatory guidance
Manage, monitor and track a pipeline of third party supplier's compliance to the Third Party Oversight program
Responsible for monitoring through various reports, tools, and system research for all engagements/services associated with the third party supplier
5+ years relevant work experience in Operations, Oversight & Control, Vendor Management, or related roles, preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred with strong preference towards advanced degrees or certifications
Outstanding listening and negotiation skills as well as being a strong written and verbal communicator
Desire to work in an operational environment that is fast paced and involves contact with multiple partners internal to GSS and external
Expert in internal customer contact and communication with our customers
Strong organizational management skills with ability to manage a daily pipeline of new Onboarding engagements within a 30 days SLA
Excellent business judgment, particularly the ability to proactively monitor engagements to address issues early, performing root cause analysis to develop solutions
Strong business analysis skills to enable efficient, accurate and objective decision making
Ability to partner closely with related functions (Sourcing, Legal & Compliance, Audit, etc.) to ensure a coordinated and effective program
Excellent analytical skills
Knowledge of risk management and control principles
Knowledge of TPO standards preferred
Strong knowledge and experience with the corporate Sourcing and standard TPO systems is preferred
Strong team player willing to support the Global Onboarding Operations team
