Act as the assistant of Client Services Manager by providing support in the aspects of customer relationship management, system operation, clerical and information preparation, transaction execution, filing and back-end support
Assist in making appointments with customers, handling customers' transaction instructions and post-sales follow-ups, providing clerical and back-end support
Attending to general client queries; liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-up
Assist in customer analysis, check the MIS reports and systems regularly
Manage the use of internal resources of the team, e.g. ensuring the normal operation of equipment, promptly handling of incoming fax, managing the IDD and fax to overseas, etc
Degree holder with major in Finance or related discipline
At least 1year relevant experience in private banking and customer service
Familiar with investment products in private banking field
Independent, excellent analytical, time management and interpersonal skills
Good communication and customer relationship management skills
Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
