An global bank based in London are currently working with Venn Group to secure a Regulatory Change Manager to deliver the IBOR transition project. This contract position offers an opportunity for a candidate with technical project management experience, with a demonstrable track record of delivering change projects from end to end, to oversee the completion of the bank's regulatory change framework.
This contract position will involve organisation of project management reports to C-Suite level stakeholders across the bank and its associated entities, detailing and actively maintaining the delivery at milestones throughout. External engagement with legal firms, industry officials, and external vendors will be integral to ensure accurate market insights are gained and effectively coordinated across the bank.
The initial project scope for this project is 6 months, however there is a propensity for it to last for substantially longer. Due to regulatory deadlines, the start date for this position is immediate.
Successful candidates will be well versed in project management methodologies, using RAID logs, and have accredited Project Management qualifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, and/or APM.
Candidates with direct experience managing multiple converging projects, to various deadlines and budgets, whilst communicating between up to 10 workstreams, are invited to apply. Direct experience working on the IBOR transition project, and other regulatory projects, in another Financial Services firm is also essential.
