Providing buy-side (Japanese buyers) and sell-side (Indonesian Sellers) M&A advisory services to clients
Evaluate new investment opportunities in detail, synthesis the analysis and present to the team
Managing relationships with a network of intermediaries, bankers, advisers etc.
Managing all stages of transaction executions from the origination phase through to closing including facilitating due diligence processes, supporting negotiations, legal documentation and closing procedures.
Conducting detailed financial analysis, valuation, industry research and target/buyer search, leveraging on a demonstrated proficiency in Corporate Finance, accounting and industries.
Structuring, designing and creating documents for use in client meetings or for internal discussions, covering topics such as strategic alternatives, M&A and corporate finance.
At least 3-5 years of related Experiences
Candidates with relevant qualifications (CPA, CFA, CA and / or MBA, etc.) are welcome
Candidates from Tech, construction, manufacturing and logistics industry are welcome
Ability of Japanese language will have an added advantage to liaise with Japan JQ and Japanese clients
Fluent speaking of Indonesian Bahasa language is required
High level of interpersonal and communication skills preferred
