The role is located in the Treasury Modelling Hub - team of risk management subject matter experts, change management professionals and rapid developers. The Hub provides advanced Assets and Liabilities Management solutions on risk analysis and forecasting platforms.
The Role Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the teams located worldwide
The onboarding and offboarding process for team's new joiners and leavers
Trainings coordination including agenda's preparation, room booking, communication with presenters & participants
Maintain and develop administrative handbooks & documentation related to invoice settlements, accesses, incoming and outgoing business trips etc
Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meetings including booking meeting rooms, video conferencing and conference calls
Assist with business trips and short-term assignments including air ticket, hotel accommodation
Provide general administrative support: telephone calls, IT requests, annual leave requests, payment of invoices through internal system, assist with claims for reimbursements of business expenses
Provide local support service to visiting executives from other offices
University diploma (bachelor or equivalent)
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of English
In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, & Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Well organized, proactive, detail oriented and ability to concurrently address multiple priorities
Self-motivated, able to work independently, under pressure and dynamically changing priorities
Able to exercise good judgment in handling various issues on priority basis and meet tight deadlines
