Job Summary Develop business and customer analytics to drive business objectives. Support FWD customer engagement strategy (sales & services) through the use of analytics and customer relationship management and promote data-driven culture across the organization.
The Job CRM & Campaign Management
Develop customer journey with products, sales & marketing activities such as upsell/ xsell, next product recommendation, retention, etc.
Implement end-to-end campaign management process to uplift product holding and improve customer experience
Data Analysis & Advanced Analytics
Initiate data analysis, generate customer insights and identify business opportunities to enhance customer stickiness and profitability
Develop AI capability & predictive models by means of machine learning techniques including logistic regression, decision tree, clustering, artificial neutral network
Big Data & Analytics Strategy
Collaborate with business users across the organization to assess their needs and define big data and analytics strategy
Drive the development and implementation of relevant projects includes data warehouse/ data lake, BI data visualization and CRM solution platform
University graduate in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Computer Science, Data Science or a related quantitative field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance companies, banks or financial institutions
Proven track record in data analytics, business intelligence, customer segmentation and CRM campaign management
Proficiency in SAS & SQL is essential
Experience in Machine Learning tools (e.g. R, Python) and Big Data tool (e.g Hadoop) is an advantage
Strong numerical acumen with in-depth experience in statistical modeling and analytics
Solid understanding in life insurance products and sales & marketing function
Able to work independently, creative and detail-oriented
Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player
