Lead, direct and oversee the enhancements and development initiatives from Post Trade perspective
Manage colleagues on formulation of end-to-end process flows, analyse business requirements and evaluation of technical specifications including user acceptance test through standardized tools
Ensure test cases are comprehensive and appropriate in line with project scope and expectation
Engage other departments on the feasibility study, business model formulation, delivery schedule and resource planning for the initiatives
Analyze the dependencies of the initiatives with other HKEX's projects to ensure smooth implementation
Liaise with internal departments and external business counterparts, vendors, relevant statutory bodies, market practitioners and participants in project execution to drive timely delivery of the project
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines;
At least 10 years' relevant working experience (e.g. back, middle and front office securities operations), of which at least 5 years at management level, in well-established financial organization
Experience in process re-engineering and process automation
Experience in handling the IPO life cycle for both retail tranche and institutional tranche will be an asset
Strong in execution, time management and ability to coordinate with various teams with excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, managerial and influencing skills
Able to manage senior group of stakeholder internally and externally, able to add value to the discussions
Experience in dealing with regulators, as well as practical business experiences from the commercial sector, locally, and/or internationally
Self-start and able to work independently with minimal guidance
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
Good MS Word / Excel / Powerpoint skills
