The Role Responsibilities
Training Job Description:
Conduct training (as per Training Calendar) on Saadiq products and services across the bank (front, middle, and back office).
Develop training calendar and get it approved from Saadiq CEO / senior management and other concerned stakeholders.
Update training deck with latest product information. Provide handouts and FAQs to trainees during the training session.
Timely completion of all training, including half yearly nationwide training at SCBMB and SCSB branches.
Manage end-to-end governance of training, including maintenance of attendance records, etc.
Lead the effort to roll-out of new certification programs like Chartered Professional in Islamic Finance (CPIF), Certified Shariah Advisor (CSA), Certified Shariah Practitioner (CSA), in co-ordination with HR's Learning & Development team.
Lead the effort to roll-out IB certification programs (with INCEIF, etc) for Saadiq and SCBMB staff.
Conduct joint training with PruBSN on Takaful.
Make "Mystery Shopping' more effective, covering more detailed branch assessment.
Channel Job Description:
Provide support to branch related to Saadiq Retail product / sales inquiries.
Ensure latest / approved marketing material is displayed at all branches including all products (deposit, financing, WM). This includes dual-branded (SCB & Saadiq) signage, placemats, take-one, posters, etc. Highlight to CEO Saadiq and Retail Head where there are issues.
Drive sales of deposits and Wealth from Saadiq and conventional branches.
Work on strategic projects like 'Value Based Intermediation' as guided by senior management of Saadiq.
Our Ideal Candidate
Graduate with Bachelor degree.
Strong communication skills - oral, written, and presentation.
Strong personality and stature.
3 years minimum work experience - in training or Sales / Business development
Fluent in English , Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin (Added advantage)
