Job Responsibilities: - Work under direction of the project coordinator of IPO Vetting as user department on custom-built systems - Coordinate with other HKEX Departments (including Information Technology Department), to deploy new technology to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency - Assist in provision of business requirements and review of functional specification for custom-built systems - Assist in preparing statistics, periodic reporting, and other ad-hoc reporting to meet with various reporting requirements of the Department - Provide support for adhoc projects or tasks within the Department Requirements: - University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Computer Science or related subject - At least 3 years working experience in well-established organisations with operational preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Strong computer skills and conversant with MS Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and statistical software - Working experience with AI/office process automation technology is a plus
