Job Responsibilities The prospect team member should
Analyze highly complex business requirements, designs and write technical specifications
Collaborate across teams, including global teams, to create high quality solution designs
Design, develop, test, and deploy data integration initiatives
May act as a Senior Developer
Perform Design & Code reviews and process optimization
Create Code Check Lists, DBA Check lists, Installation game plans, and other required process documentation for production deployments
Migrate the code through various environments and verify the migration
Effectively communicate to broad and diverse audience with differing needs
Analyze production issues and defects to determine root cause and resolution
Provide required support throughout the project development life cycle and post deployment activities
Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced team members regardless of their geographic locations - Work effectively in virtual environment
Participate in developer on-call rotation as needed
6+ years of application development process experience
5+ years of MS SQL server experience
5+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
4+ years of experience in writing complex procedures, creation of SSIS packages
2+ years of Autosys experience
2+ years of data modeling experience
4+ years of experience leading the requirement design process with both technical and business partners
2 + years of technical design experience
Having working knowledge in Informatica Power Center/IDQ is an advantage
Must have experience with design/development of enterprise level multi-tier systems for a high volume transactional and analytical databases
Hands on experience as a SQL Server DB Developer with strong RDBMS architectural fundamentals - SQL Server
Proven ETL development and production experience in Data warehouse or Data Mart or Master Data Management environments
Ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts including technical and business team members
Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
Strong and effective interpersonal communication (written and oral), organizational, and customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proven success in problem analysis and resolution
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Essential Qualifications BE/B-Tech or Higher Excellent analytical & interpersonal skills.
