Department Overview The Consumer Lending Technology group within the Enterprise Information Technology business consists of Home lending, Auto and Platform support for various applications across retail/mortgage lending businesses.
About the Role You will work as part of the Correspondent and CMCR areas in LP&D. You will interact closely with multiples stake holders US team, development team and business team.
Handle functional testing activities design, execute scripts and log defects
Automation testing using Selenium
Discussions with business teams and understand the functional requirements
Do Root Cause Analysis of repetitive and problem issues.
Ownership of tasks assigned and meeting the deadlines.
Focusing on documentation of new issues and resolution steps for knowledge base enhancement.
Adhere to processes defined in the project.
Actively participate in team meeting and in meetings with stakeholders/internal or external teams.
Handle shift as shift lead.
University degree in Computer applications or related discipline.
Experience of more than 4 years in Functional testing and a year in automation
Good hands on experience in scripting and automation of support tasks.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English and good communication skills.
Good team player
Experience of working across one or more geographic territories or regions.
