The Investment Banking Division ("IBD") is looking for an administrative assistant with prior experience to support team members of all levels from managing director to analyst. Proactive management of complex diaries, travel schedules and itineraries
Co-ordination of internal and external meetings
Professionally and confidently managing client communications in bankers' absence; regular interaction with senior level executives
Timely and thorough processing of administrative tasks (e.g., time sheets, expenses)
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
