The Logistics Investment Analyst's primary role will be to underwrite and transact on new Logistics property/portfolio investments (both acquisition and development) across the US for Brookfield's various investment vehicles.

Create financial models that generate projected investment cash flows and returns, to be presented to senior deal team members and used for formulating investment recommendations
Prepare presentation materials for the investment committee
In-depth due diligence of prospective investment opportunities (lease review, financial backup, etc.)
Perform financial analysis, and other economic analysis, for review by senior management
Continually stay up to date with market trends, pricing and the competition (acquisitions, dispositions, developments, leasing)
Collaboration with the broader Brookfield real estate platform on new business and value creation opportunities (diversified portfolios, corporate opportunities, mixed use investments, regional teams across the US / other global offices)
Other duties as assigned
1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Acquisitions/Financing/Operations, Investment Banking or Investment Sales
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Experience using Argus Enterprise and proficiency in analyzing rent rolls and leases
Strong desire to develop investment acumen
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team, confident sharing ideas and suggestions
Ability to multi-task with good time management to meet multiple deadlines
